
Job offer : Business Analyst & Development (M/F)
The role
We are recruiting for our client, an international American business law firm, a Business Analyst & Development (M/F) for a CDI in Paris 7th. Within a team of 4 people, you will provide essential support to the business development activities of the Paris office for all departments (practices), with a priority focused on transactional services. Under the supervision of the Senior Business Development Manager, you will ensure the precise and rigorous execution of Business Development actions and the delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Missions
- Business Developer Support: Assist in the preparation and formatting of pitches, proposals, and references, ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm standards.
- Data Management: Update and maintain internal tools (CRM databases, pitch library, client files) in accordance with established guidelines.
- Reporting: Contribute to tracking BD actions and their results; write summary reports submitted for validation by the Senior BD Manager.
- Research & Monitoring: Conduct preliminary market research and collect competitive information to prepare for client meetings and BD initiatives.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate the logistics of client events and partnerships/sponsorships under the responsibility of the BD/Events Manager, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Inter-office Support: Provide administrative assistance for projects involving other European offices as needed.
- Document Updates: Keep marketing documents, lawyer biographies, and templates up to date to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Client Support: Assist in the implementation of client action plans and the updating of client interaction files.
- Compliance: Follow established workflows and guidelines for all Business Development activities to ensure consistency and quality.
The profile we're looking for
With a higher education degree such as a Bachelor's or Master's, you have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, marketing, or a similar role within a professional services environment. Languages: Mastery of English (C1 level required); knowledge of other European languages is an asset. Technical skills: Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus. Professional qualities: Rigor, responsiveness, team spirit, excellent priority management, and the ability to collaborate fluidly with all stakeholders. Absolute discretion regarding confidential information. Flexibility to adapt to projects across different time zones.

Weekly hours: 39h00 (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 5:00 PM on Friday, with a 1h30 lunch break). Salary range: 45-65k€ over 13 months. 13th month can be paid monthly or in a single annual payment. Annual bonus and premium representing between 3% and 10% of the salary depending on the firm's performance and your individual performance. Benefits: 1 day of remote work/week after validation of the probationary period (duration 2 months). 100% reimbursement of transport tickets by the employer.
