Your missions

Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty.
Perform the cutting and preparation of all meats.
Ensure order tracking and monitor margin management.
Guarantee compliance with hygiene, traceability, and safety rules.

Job conditions

39-hour contract per week, from Monday to Saturday.
Remuneration according to your profile and experience.

The profile we're looking for

You ideally have a CAP Boucher training and significant experience in an artisanal or large-scale distribution environment.

You perfectly master the techniques of cutting, deboning, and trimming meats, while ensuring rigorous compliance with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).

Recognized for your sense of customer service, you know how to advise a demanding clientele with precision and enthusiasm, while ensuring an aesthetic and attractive presentation of your products in the display case.

Your rigor, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a team make you the ideal candidate to contribute to the success of our butchery department.
