Job offer : Experienced business ticketing agent GDS SABRE (M/F)

Within an experienced team, you will be the preferred contact for organizing business trips for clients.

You will play a key role in their satisfaction by proposing adapted solutions, anticipating their needs, and accompanying them until the finalization of their trip.

Success in this position relies on your sense of service, your responsiveness, your mastery of booking tools, and your ability to effectively manage unforeseen events.

Your missions

• Advise clients on the organization of their business trips.
• Build optimized itineraries by combining air, rail, hotel, and vehicle rental services.
• Make bookings on Sabre.
• Search for the most suitable solutions by balancing service quality, travel policy, and cost control.
• Manage modifications, cancellations, and emergency situations.
• Handle complaints and disputes with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of files until invoicing.
• Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to their loyalty.
• Participate in team life and the continuous development of our service quality.

Position based in Fontenay-sous-Bois (near transport).

Proposed salary: Min 2700€.

Recognized for your interpersonal and listening skills, you have significant experience in an equivalent position (min. 4/5 years of experience). Excellent knowledge of the air, rail, vehicle rental, and hotel sectors; Very good command of GDS SABRE. Ability to propose optimized pricing solutions, in line with client expectations while respecting their travel policy; Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and confidentiality.
