Job offer : Business Ticketing Agent Amadeus (M/F)

Our client, a specialist in travel and particularly business travel, is looking for a Business Ticketing Agent (M/F) to strengthen its team in Paris.

MISSIONS

Within the Business department, you will manage the professional travel of corporate clients. In this capacity, you are specifically responsible for:

• Receiving and processing travel requests from business clients.
• Performing availability and fare searches.
• Booking and issuing airline tickets.
• Performing modifications, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.
• Creating quotes and proposing the most suitable itineraries.
• Advising clients on various transport solutions.
• Ensuring follow-up of files and urgent requests.
• Managing unforeseen events and last-minute changes.
• Guaranteeing service quality and compliance with client procedures.
• Ensuring telephone and written relationships with a professional clientele.

• Position to be filled as soon as possible
• Interim mission with a view to a permanent contract (CDI)
• Weekly duration: 39h
• Proposed salary: 2800 € / 2900 € gross

You have significant experience in business ticketing or in a business travel agency. You must master ticketing and booking techniques. Knowledge of Amadeus is highly desired. Mastery of fare rules, exchanges, refunds, and ticketing procedures is a real asset.

You are rigorous and organized; responsive; autonomous; comfortable with professional clientele; capable of managing several requests simultaneously; endowed with an excellent sense of service. Proficiency in professional English is a plus.
