Job offer : Operations Assistant (M/F)

Our team of specialized experts is recruiting for its client, a specialist in climate and electrical engineering, an Operations Assistant (M/F) for a long-term temporary mission in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande.

Start date: As soon as possible

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Administrative and commercial monitoring: Drafting quotes (corrective, improvement), monitoring invoicing, managing contracts, and centralizing maintenance reports.
• Activity planning: Organizing and assigning maintenance and repair interventions according to the degree of urgency, managing material and human resources.
• Customer relations: Drafting intervention reports and regular monitoring of customer communication.

You have a first successful experience in a similar position.

Mandatory B driving license holder.

Expected skills: Office tools, technical management software, planning and priority management.

Personal qualities: Organizational skills, relational adaptability, responsiveness to emergencies.

• Proposed remuneration: according to profile, approximately 2100 - 2400 € gross/month
• Hours: 08:30-12:00/13:30-17:30 / except Friday 17:00
