Job offer : Agency Assistant (M/F)
The role
We are looking for an Agency Assistant (M/F) to join our ACTUAL agency in Lens as part of a replacement.
As a true administrative support for the agency, you will ensure the management and monitoring of temporary work and client files, in close connection with the agency team.
Your missions
- Administrative management of temporary workers
- Create and update administrative files
- Draft, transmit, and ensure the follow-up of mission contracts and amendments
- Monitor medical visits, authorizations, and mandatory documents
- Management of hours and payroll elements
- Enter and check time sheets
- Prepare and transmit variable payroll elements
- Manage advances, absences, sick leave, and work accidents
Client administrative management
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of client files
- Participate in the monitoring of invoicing
- Update information in the various management tools
The profile we're looking for
You are a rigorous, organized person who is comfortable with administrative tasks. You enjoy following up on files and know how to manage several priorities.
A first experience in the administrative part of a temporary work agency is ideal. We can also consider profiles from payroll or HR administration.
