Accounting Assistant (M/F)

The role

Do you have initial experience in accounting and are you looking for a position that will allow you to consolidate your foundations? We are looking for one of our clients based in the Grenoble area for a Junior Accounting Assistant / Accounts Receivable Clerk (M/F).

The position

Integrated into the accounting department, you will mainly work on current accounting tasks

Entry and recording of invoicesMonitoring of customer invoicingChecking of accounting documentsParticipation in the processing and monitoring of VATUpdating of accounting dataFiling and administrative tasks related to accounting

The position is primarily focused on data entry and daily management: we are not looking for an expert or senior profile.

The profile we're looking for

You have a background in accounting or management (Bac to Bac+2) and initial experience that has allowed you to acquire the basics of accounting.

Experience in a work-study program or in a first job can perfectly match.

You must in particular

Be comfortable with invoice entryKnow the basic principles of VATBe rigorous and organizedBe comfortable with IT toolsWant to join an accounting department and develop your experience
