Job offer : Solution Architect / Java Technical Expert – Public Sector (M/F)

Actual Talent, Talent Acquisition Partner of the Actual group, the 5th largest player in the French employment market, supports its client, a company specializing in consulting, digital services, and IT solution integration.

As part of the strong growth of its Public Services division, it is strengthening its technical teams and is looking for Solution Architects / Java Technical Experts / Team Leads to work on structuring national projects with high impact and high technical requirements.

🎯 Job Context

You will join the group's largest Public Services agency, composed of over 500 in-house employees, engaged in projects primarily conducted on a fixed-price basis (90%).

The projects are large-scale, multi-year, and concern critical state information systems: taxation, electronic invoicing, health, social protection, ministries, and public operators.

The technical environment is based on a robust Java / J2EE foundation, with significant challenges in application architecture, performance, security, and modernization, within private cloud contexts.

Your Missions

Depending on your level and expertise, you will work on all or part of the following subjects

• Define and support application architectures for information systems

• Set the methodological and technical framework for projects

• Support and challenge development teams (Solution Building)

• Provide high-level technical expertise on Java environments

• Contribute to structuring choices: performance, security, scalability

• Act as a technical reference or team leader depending on your profile

The position combines global vision and proximity to the field: the ability to delve into technical details and concretely support teams is essential.

Profile Sought

• Higher education in computer science

• Confirmed experience as a Solution Architect, Java Technical Expert, or Team Lead

• Mastery of Java / J2EE environments and complex architectures

• Capacity for abstraction, structuring, and technical leadership

• Project culture and a taste for teamwork

• Experience in an IT services company (ESN) is highly appreciated
