Job offer : Supply Planner (M/F)
The role
Reporting directly to the Supply Manager, you are responsible for the proper management of supplies within your scope, with the aim of always satisfying our Customers.
Your missions
- Analyze supply needs by taking into account supplier lead times, stock levels, sales forecasts, minimum order quantities, and economic batch sizes.
- Manage purchase orders, from manual entry to integration via Excel import files.
- Update delivery dates based on supplier order acknowledgments and transmit information to the relevant contacts.
- Monitor delivery times and ensure follow-ups with suppliers.
- Manage supplier relations and identify any anomalies (prices, references, packaging, etc.) in order to transmit them to the Purchasing and Marketing departments.
- Handle supplier disputes and ensure their follow-up until resolution.
- Perform analyses related to stock management: class revision, adjustment of order thresholds, monitoring of stock-outs, etc.
- Coordinate supplies with the supply teams of the various sites, the Methods and Forecasting department, the sales teams, and the customer service department.
The profile we're looking for
- Minimum Bac +2/+3 degree in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent
- Proven experience in a B2B environment with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Mastery of IT tools and excellent command of Excel
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage priorities
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, rigorous person capable of adapting quickly
