Job offer : Logistics Agent (M/F)

Join our client's team in Marsac-sur-l'Isle as a Handler and logistics assistant (M/F) for a 1-month assignment starting on November 2, 2026. As part of a full-time position of 35 hours per week, you will play a key role in the fluidity of our operations.

Your main missions will be as follows

Order entry and processing: You will be responsible for recording and validating customer and supply orders within our ERP (Wavesoft).

Supply monitoring: You will ensure rigorous stock control, track supplier delivery times, and actively manage follow-ups to compensate for any discrepancies.

Logistics administrative management: You will perform the essential reconciliation between purchase orders, receipt slips, and invoices, while ensuring constant updating of item data.

Operational interface: You will be the preferred contact person to coordinate information between ground logistics teams and purchasing/sales departments.

Experience: First successful experience (minimum 1 to 2 years) in a similar position in logistics, sales administration (ADV), or stock management.

Technical skills

Essential ease with computer tools and handling an ERP (practice of the Wavesoft software package or an equivalent ERP like Sage, SAP, or Cegid is a decisive asset).

Good command of the Office pack (especially Excel).
