Job offer : Yard Agent (M/F)

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will ensure customer service, yard organization, cleaning, and verification of equipment made available to customers.

Your main missions will be to

Prepare equipment according to the indications and priorities defined by the agency, Check the proper working order of machines upon departure and return and note any anomalies, Explain the operation of the equipment to the customer and assist with loading, Transmit the necessary information for the establishment of the rental contract and any observations from the customer, Perform 1st level maintenance of the equipment (changing lights, paint touch-ups, etc.), Organize the equipment in the yard while respecting the zones defined in the yard plan, Ensure the cleanliness and visual quality of the yard.

You ideally have a first successful experience in a similar environment.
