The role
ACTUAL MORDELLES is looking for candidates available for the winter season for one of its clients specializing in the agri-food sector located in Rennes (35)
The positions are to be filled from November until at least the end of December. A half-day training session on hygiene and safety in the agri-food industry will be held in November at the company, along with a full tour of the company for those who wish to commit to the entire season. Those wishing to register for the training session will be given priority for the positions.
Your future missions
As an Agri-food manufacturing agent, you will be required to perform various tasks: Mainly, the production of skewers, roasts or sausages, or the packaging of these different types of products. More rarely and depending on the profile, supplying production lines with raw materials or receiving pallets.
Regular maintenance of your workstation while respecting strict safety and hygiene rules.
Your work environment: Factory temperature is between 0°C and 6°C. Complete work equipment will be provided to you.
Furthermore, for hygiene reasons, all jewelry, piercings, false nails, false eyelashes, henna, and makeup are prohibited.
Area not accessible by public transport during shift hours. Your hours: (2X8) from 05:00 to 15:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00, including a 30-minute break
These hours are variable; you may be required to work overtime depending on production, so your end time may change. Some Saturdays (mornings) will be worked.
Remuneration: Hourly minimum wage (SMIC)
Precarity and paid leave bonuses (10% and 10% of your gross remuneration). Cold bonus per hour worked. Dressing bonus per day worked.
Finally, a spacious dining room awaits you on-site for your lunch breaks (microwaves, fridges, hot and cold water fountains, etc.) as well as a beautiful terrace equipped with armchairs and high tables to enjoy a sunny break or a Breton shower!
