Job offer : Operations Agent (M/F)

Reporting to your Transport Operations Manager, you will join a team of 2 Operations Agents.

At the heart of transport operations, you will ensure the administrative processing of operational data, guarantee the reliability of transmitted information, and participate in monitoring the company's various procedures.

In this capacity, you will

• Collect, check, and enter data related to driver activity (hours, expenses, allowances, expense reports, rental routes...).
• Ensure the quality and compliance of operational information and monitor activity indicators.
• Check compliance with safety requirements (wheel tightening, SAR reports, ENS...) and food quality by reporting anomalies to the relevant managers.
• Check the consistency of pallet movements for entry/exit of each site/park and enter pallet movements.
• Participate in preparing the elements necessary for payroll processing and various operational reports (CDG, SDM).
• Guarantee the archiving and proper management of administrative and regulatory documents.
• Monitor stocks of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), onboard documents, and service supplies.
• Update internal administrative support materials (Administrative Book).

With a background in administration, management, or transport, you ideally have initial successful experience in a similar administrative environment.

Your ability to analyze information, check data, and manage multiple files simultaneously allows you to meet deadlines and expected quality requirements. You are proficient in office tools, especially Excel. With good interpersonal skills, you know how to communicate effectively with various contacts and demonstrate total discretion in handling the information entrusted to you. Your reliability, sense of service, and responsiveness will be essential assets for success in this position.
