Do you have experience in a travel agency and want to take a step forward in your career by taking on managerial responsibilities?
For our agency ideally located in Levallois-Perret, we are looking for an Assistant Agency Manager or an experienced Travel Consultant.
Working closely with the Manager, you will co-pilot the overall activity of the point of sale, actively participate in commercial development, and take part in leading a human-sized team.
Your main missions as co-captain of the agency, your responsibilities are divided into four major pillars
Management & Team Leadership: You co-lead, motivate, and support a team of 3 employees on a daily basis, ensuring their skills are developed in a spirit of performance and conviviality.
Driving commercial performance: You actively participate in achieving turnover targets, analyze performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the agency's profitability.
Excellence in customer relationship management: As a guarantor of our customer satisfaction, you handle complex files, ensure rigorous loyalty follow-up, and manage any disputes with diplomacy.
Field expertise: Because travel remains the heart of your profession, you retain a portion of consulting and sales activity, from project design to rigorous file monitoring.
The profile we're looking for
The essential criterion: You have proven and successful experience within a travel agency, with mandatory mastery of Amadeus GDS (pricing, booking, ticketing) and excellent knowledge of market tour operators.
Skills: You have initial experience in team management (or strong natural leadership aptitude to supervise our 3 consultants) and are comfortable with monitoring budgetary and commercial indicators.
Soft skills: Proactive, rigorous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to unite and establish a lasting relationship of trust with clients.
- Required experience: Confirmed (significant experience in a travel agency)
- Education level: 2-year degree (Bac +2) in the field of tourism
