Job offer : Buyer / Sourcing Specialist (M/F)

Actual Talent is looking for a Buyer / Sourcing Specialist (M/F) for one of its clients. Integrated into the Purchasing team, you will be involved in identifying, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the acquisition of goods and services under the best conditions of cost, quality, and performance. In this role, your main missions will be to:

• Define and implement sourcing strategies according to the organization's needs;
• Identify and search for new suppliers;
• Conduct market research and analyze different supplier solutions;
• Consult, compare, and select suppliers based on needs;
• Conduct commercial negotiations, particularly regarding prices and contractual conditions;
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers;
• Participate in cost optimization and seek the best purchasing conditions;
• Document various sourcing activities and ensure the reliability of associated information;
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and regulations applicable to purchasing.

With a higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field, you have experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement. You are comfortable with researching and evaluating suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills. Your analytical ability allows you to compare different offers, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute effectively to purchasing decisions. You are familiar with the main tools and best practices of sourcing and know how to work in an environment requiring rigor and traceability. Autonomous, organized, and possessing good interpersonal skills, you know how to interact effectively with suppliers as well as with various internal teams.
