Job offer : Indirect Commodity Buyer (M/F)
The role
Within the Supply Department and reporting to the Indirect Purchasing Manager, you will hold the position of Commodity Buyer (M/F).
You will work with full autonomy across the entire scope of Transport / Indirect / Framework Contracts to research and select products and suppliers in accordance with the company's industrial strategy, while negotiating in compliance with safety, cost, lead time, and quality objectives.
Your main missions
Analyze and process purchase requests issued by various departments (analysis of technical requirement specifications and negotiation in alignment with requirements)
Negotiate purchases and draft orders by applying the code of ethics defined by CSI
Search for external partners and suppliers
Supervise procurement (delivery times, quality control, etc.)
Coordinate supply flows with production flows (production planning, availability, internal lead times)
Manage inventory in compliance with thresholds recommended by management and ensure cost optimization
Provide progress reports relative to the contractual schedule and monitor detailed manufacturing progress (including tier 2)
Collect quality documentation established by suppliers and verify at the first level that quality files comply with order requirements
The profile we're looking for
You will work within the Supply Department (Center 92BCR) in a stimulating industrial environment.
Position to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent contract (CDI) (Daytime hours, executive status with fixed-day contract or non-executive depending on profile).

You have a Bac +2 / Bac +3 level education in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Management/Commerce.
This position is open to motivated beginners or profiles with initial experience.
You have developed or wish to develop skills in the following areas
Negotiation of indirect purchases and transport services
Management and monitoring of framework contracts and orders
Supply monitoring and inventory management
Coordination with production teams and supplier quality control
Key skills
Fluent English essential (written and oral)
Proficiency in office tools (MS Office)
Rigor, autonomy, and negotiation skills
Respect for the purchasing code of ethics
What we offer
Permanent contract (CDI) (Full-time - Fixed-day contract or daytime hours)
Salary range: 35 - 45 K€ gross annual (depending on profile and status)
