Job offer : Commodity Buyer (M/F)
The role
Within CSI, you play a key role in our industrial performance. Reporting to the Supply Chain and Purchasing Department, your main mission is to guarantee the security and optimization of our supply chain. You research, select, and negotiate with our supplier partners to meet the quality, cost, and deadline requirements of our industrial strategy.
With total autonomy in your scope, you will be responsible for
- Analyzing purchase requests, defining technical needs, and conducting negotiations in compliance with the CSI code of ethics.
- Identifying, qualifying, and developing new external partners.
- Coordinating supply flows with production requirements, while ensuring rigorous monitoring of deadlines and quality.
- Guaranteeing product availability while optimizing possession costs and respecting the thresholds defined by management.
- Ensuring the monitoring of contractual progress at suppliers and verifying the compliance of quality documentation.
The profile we're looking for
What we are looking for in you
- o Bachelor's degree (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in purchasing
- o 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- o Fluent English
- o Mastery of purchasing and contract management techniques, ability to read technical drawings
o Ability to manage complex flows and quality files.
o ERP knowledge (Oracle), proficiency in office tools,
o Analytical and synthesis skills.
