### **Temporary work: a guided assignment at every step**

In temporary work, your Actual Médical branch is your employer: assignment contract, pay slip, medical visit, provision of protective equipment if necessary. You work within the healthcare facility in a secure and compliant framework, with the support of your branch at every step.

### **Shift work: the freedom to organize your activity**

In shift work, you work directly for the healthcare facility, for a volume of hours defined in advance, to meet a specific and occasional need. Actual Médical connects you with facilities and supports you according to your wishes and availability. You can alternate between temporary assignments and shift work, according to your personal schedule.
