## **The role**

Our client, a large international group offering service and benefit solutions to company employees and a pioneer in its organization, focused on collaborative participation, respect for the environment and well-being at work, is looking for a collections specialist to cover a replacement.

Within a team of 6 employees, you are responsible for the proper collection of customer receivables. After ensuring the solvency of customers through the analysis of mini balance sheets, you monitor the outstanding amounts of a portfolio of professional clients (aged trial balance) and ensure amicable reminders (phone, email, mail) and handle accounting entries. In some cases, pre-litigation files.

Autonomous, you know how to manage payment difficulties with clients in a good mood (team life) and propose the best solutions to achieve objectives and preserve the customer relationship.

2/3 month assignment

- Fixed salary 34KE + attendance and performance bonus + lunch vouchers (12 euros/day). Office hours - 35H/week
- Gennevilliers

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a Bac +2/3 level, you possess accounting and management skills (knowledge of the chart of accounts, entries...) as well as significant experience in B to B collections. Finally, your interpersonal skills (commercial/client relations), your ease with office software and your good humor will complete the profile sought by our client
