## **The role**
You will join a dynamic and caring team of 11 people, including 6 patent engineers.
### Main missions
Reporting directly to the patent engineers, you will ensure the administrative management and rigorous monitoring of a patent portfolio:
- Portfolio management: Opening and complete maintenance of physical and digital files.
- Procedure & Monitoring: Preparation and drafting of transmission and extension letters; processing of instruction letters and emails.
- Deadline management: Strict monitoring of official and internal deadlines in close collaboration with the patent engineer.
- Follow-ups & Alerts: Reporting emergencies to engineers and following up on reminders with clients and foreign correspondents.
- Invoicing: Entry and control of invoicing related to the managed files.
## **The profile we're looking for**
Could this be you?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, in a firm or company, with proven mastery of patent procedures in France and internationally.
- Strong educational background (Bac+2 level).
- Technical skills: Mastery of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general ease with IT tools. Knowledge of the ALISSIA business software is a significant asset.
- A good level of English (written and spoken) is required to communicate with our international correspondents.
- You are rigorous, have an eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to adapt, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality. Team spirit and interpersonal skills.
### Additional information
Recruitment procedure: The interview will be conducted in French and/or English.
### Contractual elements
- Start date as soon as possible - CDI
- Salary 2400 max over 13 months
