## **The role**

Attached to the Social Support Benefits department (Territorial Directorate), you will intervene in the context of carrying out social diagnostics and implementing social support measures to secure entry into premises and promote the retention of households in housing (notably in situations of arrears).

### Your main missions

Social assessment and support: Carrying out social diagnostics, issuing adapted recommendations, and personalized support for households after validation of the assessment.

Partnership and orientation: Orientation and coordination of vulnerable households towards the territory's common law partners.

Professional writing and administrative follow-up: Drafting of FSL reports, alerts, CCAPEX co-referrals on complex cases, and updating dedicated business software.

Representation and bodies: Participation in committees, meetings, and bodies of the social service and the landlord (FSL, Housing First, CAL, arrears meetings).

Reporting: Regular monitoring of your activity and transmission of analysis elements to your hierarchy.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You must hold a State Diploma related to social work: DECESF, DEASS, or DE Specialized Educator, and you possess a B driving license to ensure professional travel in the sector (Bry-sur-Marne, Bonneuil-sur-Marne, and nearby municipalities). A first experience in a similar position in social/supported housing is highly appreciated.

You have good knowledge of vulnerable populations as well as social systems, housing, and the current regulatory framework. Endowed with writing skills and natural administrative rigor, you master the use of computer tools (Office Pack, business ERP).
