## **The role**

You will be part of the **Technology Transfer area,** playing a key role in the industrialization and scaling of new products, as well as in the improvement of existing products.

### Your main responsibilities will be

- Coordinate the scaling of products from pilot scale to industrial scale.
- Manage technology transfers from R&D or the client to the production plant.
- Implement improvements in formulas and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and review protocols, technical reports, and documentation for registrations.
- Supervise industrial batches and validate critical process parameters.
- Manage deviations, change controls, and investigations associated with the projects.
- Coordinate with Production, Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ICH, and FDA regulations.
- Develop and update technology transfer SOPs.
- Communicate deadlines and project status to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a technical, cross-functional role with high exposure within the industrial environment.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or similar.
- Master's degree in the pharmaceutical field (valued).
- **Previous experience in plants or processes for injectable products (aseptic environment), whether in formulation development, production, or technology transfer.**
- Minimum +1 year of experience in formulation, production, or technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory documentation and registration processes.
- Fluent English (essential).
- Ability for cross-functional coordination and project management.
