### About the client

A leading company in the construction sector is looking to hire a **Technical Studies and Installations Valuation Technician (M/F)** for its Barcelona headquarters.

**JOB MISSION** Analyze and prepare detailed technical and economic studies that guarantee the viability, efficiency, and profitability of construction projects, providing value-added solutions during the bidding phase.

### YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

**1. Bidding Leadership**

- **Bid management:** Comprehensively lead the preparation of bids (technical, economic, and administrative parts), ensuring quality and compliance with delivery deadlines.
- **Documentary analysis:** Exhaustively study the project's technical documentation to plan and structure the proposal.
- **Economic presentation:** Prepare and defend the final budget and value proposition to the client.

**2. Technical Analysis and Strategy**

- **Alternative proposals:** Identify and propose alternative technical solutions that improve the profitability or efficiency of the original project.
- **Logistics and Implementation:** Coordinate the implementation strategy, phases, and zoning of the construction site using **Lean Planning** methodology.
- **Information handover:** Ensure a smooth and complete data transfer from the Studies department to the Operations team after the award.

**3. Collaborator Network Management**

- **Supplier management:** Make requests for quotes to industrial partners, follow up on them, and analyze their competitiveness.
- **Strategic alliances:** Identify key collaborators for the bid and collaborate with the Purchasing department for their early integration into the project.

**PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

### Experience

- **Minimum 3 years** in similar positions (Studies/Bids).
- Previous experience in construction execution will be positively valued.

### Education and Knowledge

- Technical or Higher Architecture, Public Works Engineering, or Civil Engineering (CCyP).
- Knowledge of integrating safety (PRL), quality, and environmental requirements into bids.

### Digital Tools

- **Presto and RIB 4:** High level (essential).
- **Office:** High level.
- **AutoCAD:** Intermediate level.
- **BIM tools:** Intermediate level.

### Languages

- **English:** High level (**C1**) ideally.
