No prospecting or cold calling: clients come to you by phone and email.**Your missions:** - Needs analysis and technical advice (75% of your time): - Respond to incoming requests to identify the part or equipment sought. - Advise the client and present product ranges adapted to their needs. - Support the client in their choice without assuming responsibility for the overall technical solution. - Establish price proposals and custom quotes (depending on volumes, client type, and selected range). - Follow up on price offers and ensure order tracking until completion. ### Integration & development path - Month 1 (2 to 4 weeks): Immersion in the store to discover product ranges and stock. - Month 2: Office integration to observe and understand the job. - End of temp contract: Handling real client cases independently under the validation of a tutor. - Prospects: Rapid evolution possible towards a position as Field Sales Representative, Technical Specialist, Agency Manager, or towards international opportunities. ### Remuneration - Temp contract = €1950 gross monthly - Transition to permanent contract (CDI) = €2050 gross monthly - After one year = €2200/€2300 gross monthly - Meal vouchers = €8 (€4 paid by the employee) ## **The profile we're looking for** We are looking for a profile focused on soft skills and learning potential, as the company provides all internal training. - **Profile:** Junior technician or beginner profile fresh out of school. - **Required education:** Bac +2 minimum, BTS, DUT, or Professional License in a technical field (Electrotechnics, CRSA, GEII, Automation, EMI, or equivalent). - **Experience:** No prior professional experience required. A "raw" profile with theoretical foundations is particularly appreciated. - **Expected qualities:** Interpersonal skills, listening, curiosity, rigor, and team spirit.
