## **The role**

**The Actual agency in Neuville sur Saône** is looking for one of its clients for an **Inside Sales Representative (M/F)** to work in the manufacturing of custom steel doors and joinery in **Genay**.

### Your role

Apply the strategic and commercial guidelines defined by management to achieve set objectives and develop turnover

- Promote our product range to a clientele of industry and construction professionals
- Manage the existing client file and its development
- Handle daily requests and finalize (drawing + launch with the design office) our clients' orders, particularly for technical joinery (bulletproof, flame-retardant, fire-resistant)

### Your missions

- Manage client requests (email and phone)
- Prepare quotes via our ERP Clipper
- Negotiate commercial and pricing conditions
- Follow up on quotes and technical orders
- Manage and develop the client file
- Share information with the sales team. Write reports on commercial actions in our CRM on Clipper
- Daytime hours / 38.5 hours per week
- Remuneration: CDI position - 30 to 35K€

## **The profile we're looking for**

### TRAINING/ SKILLS

- BAC PRO, Technical BAC or BAC +2
- Design office, Construction sector and experience in selling technical products

### Additional skills

- Knowledge of steel joinery
- Knowledge of commercial techniques
- Ability to develop a commercial relationship
- Carry out prospecting
- Knowledge of office software (ERP, Excel, Word..)
