- Manage customer requests (quotes, technical information, follow-up)
- Build and negotiate customized offers
- Ensure follow-ups and commercial monitoring
- Participate in promotional actions and sales events
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to the agency's growth

Keep up to date with new products and technical developments

- Experience in BtoB or BtoC appreciated
