## **The role**

Are you passionate about the swimming pool and wellness sector? The Actual agency is recruiting a **Technical Sales Representative (m/f)** for a dynamic position based in **Baie-Mahault (97122)**.

As part of a 3-month contract starting in November 2026, you will join a dedicated team to support our clients in their construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.

### Your main missions

**Customer reception and advice:** You will be the primary contact to analyze customer needs, advise them on technical equipment (pumps, filters, robots), and ensure the sale of suitable solutions.

**Sales and development:** You will prepare personalized quotes, follow up until closing, and conduct technical home visits to validate project feasibility.

**Point of sale management:** You will ensure the store's attractiveness through rigorous product display, manage inventory, and maintain the sales floor in impeccable condition.

**Administrative and after-sales follow-up:** You will manage supplier orders, invoicing, and customer file tracking. You will also provide first-level after-sales service and logistics coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To excel as a **Technical Sales Representative (m/f)**, you ideally have a higher education degree in **business or technical fields**, combined with significant experience in selling complex solutions.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong **sense of customer service** and real ease in commercial negotiation.

Proficiency in **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools** and **exemplary autonomy** in managing your geographical sector are essential assets to succeed in this mission.

Your ability to establish a **lasting relationship of trust** with your contacts, combined with constant technical curiosity, will allow you to precisely meet the needs of our demanding clientele.
