## **The role**

To support the strong growth of their core market in the West, the company is creating a **B2B Technical Sales** position.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the sales representative manages the Atlantic coast independently in a sector with very high potential, relying on an already structured client portfolio.

**Sector:** Brittany, Vendée, Pays de la Loire, up to the outskirts of Bordeaux.

- **Business development:** Negotiate and sell batches of chicks to independent farmers, pullet farms, and large regional agricultural cooperatives (*Sanders, Terrena, Cavac, Le Gouessant...*).
- **Technical advice:** Support farmers on a daily basis (growth monitoring, feeding, farming management) to guarantee the performance of their batches.
- **Local key account relations:** Work in close synergy with the technical teams of Production Organizations.
- **Activity monitoring:** Update sales activity and sales forecasts in the CRM tool.

## **The profile we're looking for**

**- Agricultural background mandatory:** Successful experience (5 years) in agricultural supplies, animal feed, health, or livestock equipment.

**- Field knowledge:** A perfect mastery of the codes and reality of the agricultural world is essential.

**- Sales experience:** Real taste for negotiation and customer advice.

**- IT & Mobility:** Ease with CRM and acceptance of travel (2 overnight stays per week on average, but to be adjusted according to your place of residence and organization)
