## **The role**

Reporting directly to the Agency Manager and as part of a sales team, you will:

\- Represent the company in the **field.**

\- **Build loyalty** among a client base of service sector companies (micro-enterprises, SMEs).

\- **Develop your portfolio** through targeted prospecting actions.

\- **Negotiate** rates.

\- **Perform technical audits** *(extensive internal training)* to propose tailor-made solutions.

\- **Create a privileged relationship** with technical teams to best satisfy your clients.

*Sector: East Lyon Vosges and Ain*

## **The profile we're looking for**

You have a **successful initial commercial experience in B2B sales**, ideally within the **wood industry or tourism (hotels, restaurants)**.

You are **commercially autonomous** and well-**organized**, as the position is quite far from the agency and you do not need to go there every day.

Knowledge of the fire safety sector is not a prerequisite (extensive internal product training).

You have a **strong customer orientation** and are **rigorous** in advising your clients on safety matters.

You are **comfortable with numbers**.

You have a **team spirit** and want to commit long-term to a company with **strong human values**.

***Remuneration / Benefits:** Fixed salary + guaranteed variable during integration, vehicle (driving license B required), 4.5-day week, teleworking.*

Evolution prospects: Account Manager, Agency Manager, other functions within the group.
