## **The role**

You will develop and retain a client portfolio (business assets and partner network) in your geographical area, while ensuring the achievement of quantitative (turnover, order intake, gross margin) and qualitative objectives. By leveraging digital tools and the omnichannel network, you will deploy a comprehensive range of solutions while ensuring compliance with company values and HSE standards.

### In this capacity, your missions are as follows

- **You sell to a network of partners** and clients (construction companies, carpenters, locksmiths, facade specialists, cladding specialists, waterproofers...).
- You are responsible for your order intake.
- **You are responsible for your turnover.**
- **You manage your business assets.**
- **You develop your partner network.**
- **You integrate into an omnichannel strategy.**
- **You transform opportunities generated by the specifier into orders.**
- You promote the solutions to your network.
- You manage your network using the support of the tools provided.
- You write client visit reports in the CRM.
- You delegate quotes/orders to internal sales.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You hold a 2-year degree (BAC + 2) in sales or equivalent and **you have at least 2 years of sales experience in the construction sector (finishing works).**

You master long-cycle and project-based selling.

**Your interpersonal skills and your organization combined with your autonomy** will be undeniable assets for this position.
