## **The role**
**Job Context**As part of strengthening our IT team, we are looking for an Experienced Systems and Network Technician capable of integrating quickly into a new technical and organizational environment. The position is part of a user support and Microsoft environment operations context, with a strong focus on workstations and local support. **Main Missions****1.** User Support & Operations (Levels 1 & 2)Incident management: Handling, diagnosing, and resolving level 1 and 2 tickets. Technical resolution: Intervention on connection problems (AD, Microsoft 365, VPN), locked accounts, and Windows workstation malfunctions.
Hardware & environment support: Diagnosing failures on peripherals (screens, docking stations) and managing meeting room equipment (videoconferencing, cabling).
Support: Local assistance and advice to users on their daily IT tools (fixed workstations, laptops, mobile devices). 2. Fleet & Microsoft Environment ManagementMastering and deployment: Preparation and installation of Windows workstations (manual method and automated deployment via Microsoft Intune).
Routine administration: Creation and management of user accounts, as well as assigning rights and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams). Lifecycle management (Onboarding / Offboarding):
Arrivals: Account creation, hardware preparation, and environment configuration. Departures: Secure deactivation of access and recovery of IT equipment. 3. Projects & Infrastructure EvolutionContribution to IT projects: Occasional participation in deployment, migration, or continuous improvement projects for the fleet.
Transversality: Support for technical teams on cross-functional infrastructure tasks or projects.
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an environment with a high volume of users (local support).
Microsoft Ecosystem: Essential mastery of Windows 11, Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Fleet Management: Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and IT fleet management logic.
### Human Qualities (Soft Skills)
Service orientation: Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and listening skills when dealing with users.
Rigor & Organization: Ability to manage priorities and follow onboarding/offboarding procedures with precision.
Autonomy & Adaptability: Ability to quickly acquire skills in a new technical environment and work independently.
