## **The role**

Join our client's team in **Toulon** as an **On-site Support Technician (M/F)**. We are looking for a dynamic collaborator with an excellent professional attitude to support the growth of our information system.

### Your main missions

Within a stimulating environment, you will be in charge of preparing and imaging workstations. You will provide on-site support by offering effective assistance to users and handling their requests or technical incidents. You will play a key role in the daily management of the site's IT infrastructure while actively collaborating with the various DSI teams.

### Profile sought

You have **1 to 3 years** of experience in a similar role. You demonstrate great rigor, a developed sense of service, and an ability to adapt quickly.

### Job conditions

This is a **3-month** assignment. The position is based in **Toulon (83000)** on a **35-hour per week** basis.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To fill the position of **IT Technician (M/F)**, we are looking for a person with a strong analytical mind and real interpersonal skills to support our users. Prior experience of **2 to 3 years** in technical support is highly recommended for an effective start.

You ideally possess a **2-year IT degree** (BTS SIO type or equivalent). Mastery of **Windows environments and ticketing tools** is essential to ensure rapid resolution of incidents.

We expect a candidate capable of demonstrating **rigor, pedagogy, and autonomy** in the daily management of their IT park. Your sense of customer service and your ability to work in a team will be decisive assets for succeeding in your missions within our structure.
