## **The role**

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company) for a Level 2 Support Technician (M/F) for a 1-month renewable interim contract in Poitiers, on a client site.

- **Start date:** As soon as possible
- **Contract:** 1-month renewable interim contract

**Remuneration:** 25k€

### You will be in charge of the following missions

- Mastering of workstations.
- Deployment of workstations and smartphones.
- Monitoring of incident processing and requests on ITSM tools.
- User support.
- Management of incidents and requests via a ticketing tool.
- Maintenance and configuration of Windows 10/11 environments.
- Account administration via Active Directory.
- Support for Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Assistance with standard office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

### You recognize yourself if

- You have a good command of Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 tools
- You are comfortable with on-site interventions on workstations, printers, and office tools
- You know how to diagnose and resolve level 1 and 2 incidents, on-site or remotely
- You have skills in networks and local infrastructure
- You are familiar with Active Directory (account creation, rights management, etc.)
- You have already used a ticketing tool (type GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.)
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a good analytical mind, and you enjoy working in a team

## **The profile we're looking for**

- Bac+2 in computer science or equivalent
- Experience desired in a similar position in local support.
- Service orientation, autonomy, and responsiveness are your best assets.
