## **The role**
Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, an IT Support Technician (M/F) for a 3-month interim mission in Tours (37).
**Start date**: as soon as possible
### Your main missions will be as follows
You will provide local and remote user support for client workstations (Windows).**Handling user requests on-site**
- In an open space, you are available for all IT requests from users
- Intervention with the user following an assistance or incident report
**Handling telephone requests on the client's helpdesk platform (assistance requests, information requests, incident resolution)**
- Manage requests (assign and manage access rights, create user accounts)
- Welcome users and qualify requests
- Qualify and diagnose calls
- Create tickets in the management tool
- Resolve incidents remotely or on-site
- Follow up and close the files assigned to you
- Escalate calls to the appropriate actors according to their nature, your rights, and their degree of urgency to ensure rapid processing of files
- Inform and provide reporting to management and/or the client
- Participate in enriching the knowledge base
- Write and/or update technical procedures and/or documentation
### You will work and evolve in a rich and versatile technical environment
- Windows Workstation Windows 10 & 11
- Microsoft Office suite, Outlook messaging, MS365, Teams
- Active Directory, Ticket management
- Printing, Telephony
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought
### Experience and Training
Graduate of higher education in IT (Bac +2 minimum), you have at least 2 years of experience in IT support positions (helpdesk and/or proximity)
### Technical skills
- Knowledge of software and management tools
- Customer satisfaction management, service delivery
- Information security management
- User support: provide a diagnosis on incidents and ask the necessary questions to understand the subject
### Soft Skills

### **Working hours**: 37h/week - from Monday to Friday
### **Travel**: no
**Remuneration**: 13.19 / 14.01 € gross per hour
- **Telework**: possible 1 or 2 days per week after the training and integration period
