## **The role**
Our IT specialized team is supporting its client, a digital services company, in the recruitment of an IT Support Technician (M/F) for a 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) in Dijon (21).
**Start date**: As soon as possible.
### Your main missions will be as follows:
- Deployment: Installation and commissioning of IT equipment directly on site.
- User support: Technical assistance to employees, on-site or remotely, with rigorous follow-up until resolution.
- Incident management: Processing, diagnosis, and resolution of incident tickets.
- Fleet management: Administration of the IT fleet and smartphone fleet (workstations, telephony, printers) as well as inventory management.
- Documentation: Drafting and regular updating of procedures and technical documents.
- Monitoring: Carrying out activity reporting to provide performance indicators.
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought:
### Experience and Training
- You have significant experience of at least 1 year in a similar position (excluding internship periods).
### Technical skills
- Good command of Windows environments (10 and 11), the Office 365 suite, and telephony management tools.
- Ease with ticketing tools (such as GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and messaging environments (Outlook / Exchange).
### Soft Skills
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities effectively.
- You are particularly recognized for your keen sense of customer service, your patience, and your availability to users.
### **Remuneration**: €1950 gross monthly
