## **The role**

Provide on-site IT support to users to ensure the availability of equipment, digital services, and educational tools.

You will handle incidents, service requests, scheduled operations, fleet management, and local infrastructure support.

You are the primary on-site contact for users.

- <u>Main activities</u>
- User support

Diagnose and resolve IT incidents. Provide on-site assistance. Support users with digital equipment. Carry out planned interventions. Provide VIP support if necessary. Intervene upon request from the Service Center. Carry out urgent operations within contractual deadlines. Workstation management

## **The profile we're looking for**

You have a service-oriented mindset, you are autonomous and rigorous. You have team spirit. You know how to follow procedures and manage priorities.

- <u>Education</u>
- 2-year degree in IT
- BTS SIO
- TSSR
- Equivalent IT support training
- <u>Experience</u>

Required: 2 to 5 years minimum in on-site support. Appreciated
