Join the teams to ensure the proper functioning of digital and educational tools. As a true ambassador for the IT department in the field, you will be the primary point of contact to support users on a daily basis. ### Your main missions You will intervene in the diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents, the management of the IT fleet (installation, configuration, migration), and support for **Windows 10/11** and **Microsoft 365** environments. You will actively participate in the administration of the modern workstation via **Microsoft Intune** and provide first-level support for network equipment, Teams telephony, and peripherals. ### The profile sought You ideally hold a high school diploma or a 2-year degree in IT (such as BTS SIO or TSSR). Experience of **6**** to 10 years** in on-site support is required, ideally acquired in multi-site environments. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, and the ServiceNow tool would be a major asset. ### Your qualities We are looking for a person with an excellent sense of service, great rigor, and a good team spirit. Your analytical skills, autonomy, and interpersonal skills will allow you to communicate clearly with users and manage priorities effectively. ### Additional information This position is to be filled for a duration of 3 months starting October 12, 2026. You will benefit from a dynamic environment with regular travel to several centers (company vehicle provided depending on the sector). You will work on a 35-hour per week basis. The On-site Support Technician is a versatile Workplace L2 profile, mastering support for Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Intune, ServiceNow, mobility, printing, and first-level local network. They intervene directly on sites, ensure service continuity for users, and perform initial diagnosis of network incidents before escalation to specialized teams. ## **The profile we're looking for** To fill the position of **IT Technician (m/f)**, we are looking for a person with solid technical expertise and an excellent sense of service. The ideal candidate ideally possesses a **Bac+2 level education in IT** and justifies **significant experience** in a similar role. Proficiency in **Windows and network** environments is essential to provide user support and maintenance of the IT fleet. You demonstrate great **responsiveness** and analytical capacity to diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently. Beyond your technical skills, your **interpersonal skills** and sense of pedagogy will allow you to support employees on a daily basis.
