## **The role**

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a Level 1 proximity support technician for a pre-hiring position.

### Your missions

- Receive and process user requests and incidents;
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to workstations, software, and peripherals;
- Ensure ticket tracking in the ticketing tool;
- Install, configure, and prepare workstations and IT equipment;
- Perform proximity support interventions;
- Manage accounts and access rights according to procedures;
- Escalate complex incidents to Level 2/Level 3 teams;

Provide quality support to users.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- Bac to Bac+2 degree in IT or equivalent diploma;
- First experience in IT support of at least 2 years;
- Good command of Windows environment and Microsoft 365;
- Knowledge of IT hardware and networks;
- Mastery of a ticketing tool appreciated;
- You are rigorous, organized, autonomous, and responsive;

Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of user service.

- Location: Guyancourt (78)
- Hours: 8am - 6pm, 35h per week
- Contract: long-term temporary work
