With 20 years of experience in this field, our expertise covers permanent contracts (CDI), fixed-term contracts (CDD), and qualified temporary work. With 14 offices located throughout France and a team of 110 consultants, we support our clients in their recruitment projects, offering specialized support in 8 business areas: IT, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Support Functions, HR/Legal, Sales/Marketing, Real Estate/Construction, and Tourism.

Up Skills Lille is looking for its client for a Proximity Technician (M/F) for a multi-month temporary assignment in Lille with a permanent contract (CDI) at the end. Start date: As soon as possible

- Proposed remuneration: 22/24K€
- Remote work: according to agreements
- Benefits: Meal vouchers

## **The profile we're looking for**

- Management and resolution of Level 1-2 incidents
- Installation and configuration of new workstations
- Imaging and transfer of user data
- Configuration and updating of messaging tools

We are looking for an autonomous, dynamic candidate who is comfortable with telephone or face-to-face interactions with users. You know how to manage your stress and are capable of working in a constantly evolving environment.
