## **The role**
You will be responsible for receiving, handling, resolving, or reorienting assistance requests and IT incidents reported by users. **Main Responsibilities**1. User Assistance and Support (Level 1 & 2)Handling requests: Receive requests and incidents via phone, ticketing, email, or chat. Diagnosis & Resolution: Identify the cause of the malfunction, diagnose hardware or software problems, and provide an appropriate solution (remotely or on-site). Escalation: Forward complex tickets to specialized teams (Systems, Networks, Security, Level 3) with precise qualification. Follow-up: Ensure ticket tracking, regularly inform users of progress, and ensure their satisfaction before closure.2. IT Asset Management and DeploymentPreparation & Imaging: Configure, install, and deploy workstations (PC/Mac, mobile phones, tablets) and their peripherals (printers, screens, etc.). Access & Identity Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, business applications) according to integration procedures (Onboarding/Offboarding). Inventory: Update the IT asset management tool (CMDB, hardware and software inventory).3. Knowledge Management and Continuous ImprovementDocumentation: Write and enrich technical procedures, resolution sheets, and the knowledge base. Awareness: Guide and train users on IT best practices and security rules (e.g., cybersecurity, password management).
## **The profile we're looking for**
Flexible working hours (availability from 07:00 to 20:00, with Saturday work, on a rotation basis). MANDATORY proficiency in the following three languages: Spanish, English, and French. 37h/week base. Good communication skills, interpersonal ease. Ability to listen and synthesize information.
