## **The role**

To support the development of the activity and ensure optimal customer satisfaction, we are strengthening the technical team by creating this key position. Attached to a dynamic collective, you will become the privileged technical contact for professionals while ensuring the monitoring of the workshop. You will evolve daily in an environment combining mechanics, electronics, and software monitoring, with the goal of delivering reactive and quality support.

### Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

- Provide advice and first-level technical support by responding to telephone and email requests from professional resellers.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment (robotic mowers, power gardening equipment) in the workshop.
- Take charge of the administrative management of the workshop after-sales service, including processing warranties, tracking parts, and managing shipments within 1 to 2 days.
- Lead technical training sessions for the reseller network, on-site or during field interventions.
- Occasionally participate in key events of the profession (specialized trade shows like Paysalia, customer visits 1 to 2 times per year).

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking above all for a person passionate about technology, curious, and eager to invest in an environment of mutual aid and versatility. Each technical background is studied with attention.

### Experience and Training

- Technical training (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS) in mechanics, power gardening, industrial maintenance, or electrotechnics.
- Confirmed experience of about 3 years in a similar position in maintenance, workshop, or technical support.

### Technical skills

- Mastery of diagnosis and repair of mechanical and automated equipment (experience with robotic mowers or power gardening equipment is a strong asset).
- Computer proficiency for using the Microsoft suite, entering data into internal software, and recording intervention data.
- Operational English (read, written, spoken) allowing for exchanges on collaborative tools like global chat.

### Behavioral skills

- Autonomy, rigor, and reactivity in managing files and respecting procedures.
- Excellent sense of service, good interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit.

### Travel to be expected

- Yes, very occasional travel (1 to 2 times per year for events, trade shows, or training).

### Proposed conditions

- Remuneration: 36 k€ gross / year (Executive Status)
- Telework: Not applicable / On-site (Monday to Friday: 8am-12pm / 2pm-5pm, 35h/week)
- Benefits: 12 RTT, Health insurance 100% covered,
