## **The role**

### As a local User Support Technician, your missions will be

- Interventions at client sites
- Resolution of technical incidents on-site

,

- Ticket management on ITSM
- Management of requests and incidents for workstations, networks, and video conference room control.
- Stock management and fleet updates.

Travel within the Drome and Ardèche departments with a company vehicle

## **The profile we're looking for**

To excel as a **Level I Helpdesk Technician**, you must possess an excellent sense of customer service and a real ability to resolve first-level technical incidents efficiently.

A **two-year degree in IT** or equivalent experience is highly appreciated to master common system and network environments.

We are looking for a person with great **rigor**, capable of tracking tickets methodically and communicating pedagogically with users.

Proficiency in **IT asset management** tools as well as knowledge of **Windows and Office 365 suite** environments are essential assets to succeed in your daily tasks.

Your **technical curiosity** and ability to work in a team will be decisive in actively contributing to the satisfaction of our users.
