## **The role**

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company), an experienced Workstation Technician (M/F) for a 3-month temporary contract in Bordeaux at a client site.

- **Start date**: As soon as possible
- **Duration**: 3 months
- **Remuneration**: 30/35k€
- **Location**: Bordeaux (travel within the metropolitan area)

### The main missions will be

- Handle user incidents and requests.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide proximity support to users.
- Track and update tickets in EasyVista.
- Escalate complex incidents to the relevant teams.
- Ensure follow-up of requests until resolution.
- Prepare, configure, and install workstations.
- Deploy environments and software required by users.
- Install and configure IT equipment.
- Perform renewal and replacement operations for workstations.
- Ensure maintenance and operational condition of the IT park.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of the workstation park.
- Intervene on the Active Directory (AD) environment: user accounts, groups, rights, and computer objects.
- Use SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager for deployment and park management operations.
- Participate in software deployment, update, and system operations.
- Apply security procedures and technical standards of the environment.
- Participate in workstation evolution and migration projects.
- Perform technical interventions at various sites in Bordeaux.
- Install and replace IT equipment.
- Support users during hardware or environment changes.
- Ensure service continuity during interventions.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- You have significant experience in a similar position
- You possess solid technical knowledge in:
- Good command of Windows environments.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory.
- Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Experience in preparing and deploying workstations.
- Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you have a sense of customer service
- Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to organize yourself in ticket management
