Overnight stays are to be expected (about 2 to 3 per week). You will join a friendly environment where mutual aid and proximity are essential. In direct contact with the Regional Manager, your missions will be partly in the workshop and partly at client sites in the Grand Est region. Your missions Beyond carrying out maintenance operations, you will actively participate in the organization of the activity, the quality of the services provided, and the continuous improvement of services. In this capacity, your main missions are as follows: - Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of multi-brand biomedical equipment. -Diagnose malfunctions and implement appropriate repair solutions. -Perform functional tests, quality controls, and validations before returning to service. -Manage the reception, tracking, and preparation of incoming and outgoing equipment. -Organize workshop priorities and ensure the smooth running of interventions in coordination with the Director. -Ensure proper management of control equipment, tools, and technical resources. -Guarantee the traceability of operations via CMMS tools. -Participate in the continuous improvement of technical practices and quality processes. -Apply internal procedures as well as regulatory requirements specific to the biomedical sector. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Your profile You ideally have a Bac +2 to Bac +3 education in biomedical or electrotechnical maintenance or successful similar experience. You are comfortable with troubleshooting and enjoy solving technical problems. Rigorous, responsive, autonomous, and endowed with a good team spirit and a sense of responsibility, you like to learn and share your knowledge. Junior profiles are accepted! Motivation, technical curiosity, and the desire to progress will make the difference. Proposed conditions Remuneration: 29,000 to 36,000 € gross annual, negotiable according to profile and experience. Work from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on a 39h basis. 23 RTT per year. No on-call duty. Attendance bonus (about 600€ per year). Vacation bonus 250€ per year. Profit sharing. Restaurant vouchers if in the workshop. Why join this company?
