In an environment where versatility and team spirit are essential, you will work with local clients (Cafés-Hotels-Restaurants, communities, hospitals) mainly located in the Île-de-France region. You are the guarantor of the proper functioning of the installations and a true technical advisor for your clients. ### Your Main Missions ### Installation and Commissioning Install new equipment at client sites: cleaning stations (washing), dosing systems on professional dishwashers and glasswashers, dispensers (paper, soap). ### Technical Maintenance and Monitoring Ensure monthly technical monitoring of your client portfolio (preventive and curative maintenance). Intervene on specific issues related to water treatment (pH management, osmosis water, water quality) and dosing systems. ### Advice, Quality and Customer Relations Support clients in the strict application of the HACCP methodology (hygiene standards in the kitchen). Perform product demonstrations (detergents and others) directly in professional kitchens. Ensure regular activity reporting to your management. ### Working Conditions Itinerant position in the Île-de-France region. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Profile Sought Education: You hold a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level technical degree (Electrotechnics, Maintenance) or come from the Catering/Hotel sector with a strong technical aptitude. Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Having already worked in the professional kitchen, CHR (Cafés-Hotels-Restaurants) or food service industry is an essential prerequisite. ### Technical Skills You are comfortable with electrical current and ideally possess the BR electrical authorization. Mastery of dosing systems in food hygiene and knowledge of water treatment (pH, osmosis water). Good knowledge of the operation of professional dishwashing machines and hygiene standards (HACCP). Soft Skills: You are recognized for your excellent listening skills, your dynamism and your "customer satisfaction" orientation.
