This position is aimed at a profile with initial field experience in the installation and maintenance of technical equipment. ### Your mission - **Check** your vehicle loading and ensure the availability of equipment, parts, and consumables necessary for your interventions - **Intervene** at the appointment times agreed with clients and inform in case of unforeseen events in liaison with the planning assistant - **Perform installation, maintenance, and first-level troubleshooting** on dispensers, dilution systems, and dishwashing and laundry dosing units. - **Apply defined technical procedures** and respect safety rules during each intervention - **Diagnose first-level breakdowns** and ensure reliable repairs as part of routine interventions - **Guarantee a good level of quality and cleanliness of the installations** carried out at client sites - **Record interventions in the CRM** and ensure the traceability of actions taken - **Report field information** and signal encountered anomalies - **Collaborate with internal teams** to ensure the smooth running of interventions You mainly work in a geographical area close to your home, depending on the needs and missions to be carried out. For this sector, the usual area of intervention is located in **Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes**, with the possibility of being occasionally assigned to the entire **GSE (Grand Sud-Est)** perimeter depending on business needs. You will work with complete autonomy, with the support of planning assistants for your activities. ## **The profile we're looking for** You hold a technical qualification of Bac to Bac +2 level. You have experience in field installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of technical equipment. You master technical basics (installation, maintenance, first-level diagnostics) as well as common IT tools (CRM, MS Office). Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you have a sense of customer service and enjoy field work. You know how to apply procedures and intervene effectively at client sites. Field position requiring daily travel in the assigned sector to ensure local support for clients. Occasional overnight stays are also to be expected depending on business needs and sector organization. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary supplemented by a variable remuneration that can represent up to 10% of the gross annual remuneration, paid quarterly based on the achievement of objectives. You will also benefit from restaurant vouchers with a face value of 10 € per working day, 60% covered by the company, as well as a service vehicle made available for your professional travel and home-work commuting. You will also benefit from a flat-rate allowance of 30 € gross for each overnight stay made as part of a professional trip. Furthermore, when a trip is requested by the employer and requires a departure before 6:00 AM, an additional flat-rate allowance of 15 € gross will be paid. As part of a full-time permanent contract (37 hours per week), you will also enjoy 5 days of RTT as well as compensatory rest (RCR).
