## **The role**

### Your missions

**Technical interventions**

- Install, maintain, and repair dilution systems and dispensers (laundry & dishwashing)
- Guarantee the quality, reliability, and aesthetics of installations
- Ensure settings and proper functioning of equipment with full autonomy

**Organization and preparation**

- Plan and optimize your routes via the CRM
- Prepare your equipment and manage your spare parts stock: the exact quantity of dispensers, dilution systems, dishwashing and laundry dosers, and consumables useful for the proper completion of the assigned task.
- Ensure the sufficient presence, in your vehicle, of spare parts for the completion of these repair and maintenance interventions on dilution systems and dishwashing and laundry dosers.

**Monitoring and traceability**

- Write intervention reports and ensure their compliance
- Guarantee the traceability of actions and customer satisfaction
- Report anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement

**Technical support and commercial development**

- Support sales teams during technical audits
- Analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions
- Identify commercial development opportunities

### Geographic sector

You cover the following departments: **Paris (75), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), Val-de-Marne (94), Yvelines (78), Val-d'Oise (95), Oise (60), and Aisne (02).**

**Customer environment**

- Mainly health sector
- Occasional interventions in industrial environments

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Your profile**

- Technical training (maintenance, electrotechnics, or equivalent)
- Experience in system installation and technical equipment maintenance
- Good knowledge of electricity and machine installation
- Knowledge of applied chemistry (detergent, booster, softener)
- Ability to perform profitability calculations and analyze performance
- Commercial sensitivity with a business flair (internal training possible)
- Autonomy, rigor, and customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and field analysis capacity
- Driving license B essential (frequent travel, overnight stays possible)
