## **The role**
**Actual Talent METZ** is looking for its client, an IT services company with a national presence, for a mobile IT Support Technician (M/F) in the REIMS area for a long-term temporary assignment.
### Conditions:
- Salary: 24k gross annual + vehicle provided
- Location: REIMS (mobile)
- Contract: Temporary
- Start date: immediate
- Duration: 6 months minimum
### Missions:
- On-site technical assistance directly to users
- Diagnosis and resolution of incidents on workstations
- Maintenance of local equipment (printers, peripherals, local networks)
- Management of interventions throughout the Reims - Champagne region
- On-site support for central network teams as needed
- Installation and cabling of equipment (switches).
- Participation in the deployment of SD-WAN technologies.
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought:
- You have a 2-year higher education degree (Bac +2) in IT
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You are proficient in Windows environments, Office 365, and have knowledge of Active Directory
