## **The role**

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an IT service company) for a Level I Helpdesk Technician (M/F) for a 15-day temporary contract in BRAUD ET ST LOUIS at a client site.

The user support technician contributes to service continuity, user satisfaction, and IT infrastructure management by ensuring support, logistics, preparation, and equipment management activities, both front-office and back-office, in compliance with processes.

- **Start date**: As soon as possible
- **Duration:** 15 days
- **Remuneration:** 23/25k€
- **Location:** BRAUD ET ST LOUIS

### You will be in charge of the following missions

- Strict compliance with safety rules
- Use of client tools (ITSM, infrastructure, stock, planning).
- Complete and systematic traceability of actions
- Active contribution to service quality and continuous improvement
- Reporting of alerts, risks, and saturation points
- Professional image and user-service-oriented posture
- Back-office, infrastructure, stock, and inventories
- Preparation of workstations (new, refurbished, masters)
- Cleaning / refurbishing of workstations
- Management of infrastructure (PC, screens, docks, printers, telephony, RLE, etc.)
- Stock management (reception, control, storage, exits, returns, scrap)
- Inventory management (infrastructure, stock, printers, telephony, RLE)
- Updating of repositories and tools
- Logistical preparation of deployments and campaigns
- Interface with the supply chain and RUN / RM / Forecast / Projects planning
- Processing of incidents and user requests
- Processing of RM requests
- Contribution to forecast activities (volume, load anticipation, campaigns)
- Contribution to projects, migrations, deployments, and national operations

## **The profile we're looking for**

### You justify

- Knowledge of Microsoft environments
- Knowledge of office software: Office, Office 365, Windows 10
- Mastery of existing workstation hardware.
- Mastery of user support tools and procedures
- **Electrical authorization (HO-BO)**
