## **The role**

Join our client's team in **Bron** as a **Helpdesk Technician Level I (M/F)**!

As part of this mission, you will provide first-level technical support to users, meeting their needs and resolving their incidents efficiently.

### Mission details

The position is to be filled ASAP for a duration of **one month, renewable.**

You will work on a **17.50H** basis, within a dynamic and stimulating environment.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To occupy the position of **Helpdesk Technician Level I**, we are looking for a person with excellent **customer service skills** and a real ability to resolve technical incidents with pedagogy.

The ideal candidate ideally has a **Bac+2 level education in IT**, accompanied by a first successful experience in user support. Technical mastery of **Windows, Office 365 and ticketing tools** environments is essential to ensure rapid handling of requests.

You demonstrate great **rigor**, strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for working effectively in a team. Your ability to **analyze user needs** and write clear procedures will be a major asset for succeeding in this mission.
